Item No. 15-215
Date: June 22, 2015
Item/Subject: ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 168 Cedar. Street (Map 34, Lot 62).
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
Real estate tax liens matured on the property of Erika Beck and Randy Walsh, now owned by
Cletus and Christopher Garrison of 168 Cedar Street. All outstanding charges due the City have
been paid. There are no outstanding sewer charges or property issues. Because the liens
matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's interest in the property.
Staff recommends approval.
