Street (Map 34, Lot 62). Responsible Department: Legal Commentary: Real estate tax liens matured on the property of Erika Beck and Randy Walsh, now owned by Cletus and Christopher Garrison of 168 Cedar Street. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. There are no outstanding sewer charges or property issues. Because the liens matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's interest in the property. Staff recommends approval. ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate Located at 168 Cedar Street (Map 34, Lot 62). By the City Council of the City of Bangor. ORDERED, Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing -any interest the City may have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 13223, Page 58 and Book 13562, Page 24. Said deed shall directed to Cletus Dale Garrison and Christopher L. Garrison, Ed.D. and in final form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
