There are no outstanding sewer charges or property issues. Because the liens matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's interest in the property. Staff recommends approval. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 13223, Page 12 and Book 13561, Page 331.
