Commentary:
Real estate tax liens matured on the property of Dorothy and Joseph NeSmith of 3 Orchard Hills
Parkway. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. There are no outstanding sewer
charges or property issues. Because the liens matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release
the City's interest in the property.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 3 Orchard Hills Parkway (Map 61, Lot 3).
By the co council of the City of Bangor.
ORDERED, Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of
the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may
have by virtue of undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry
of Deeds in Book 13223, Page 12 and Book 13561, Page 331. Said deed shall be directed to
Dorothy NeSmith and Joseph NeSmith and in final form approved by the City Solicitor or
Assistant City Solicitor.
