The general manager of Judy's Restaurant, of 125 State Street, has contacted the City to request that an area in front of Judy's restaurant be designated as handicapped parking. He states that many of his patrons would benefit from this designation. This item was reviewed by the Government Operations Committee on November 16, 2015.
