The bid prices ranged from $376,466 to $584,974 (see attached bid tabulation). The actual bid is below the engineer's estimated construction cost of $500,000. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Finance Committee on April 4, 2016. As the contract award is over $100,000, it requires Council approval.
