The City of Bangor is the owner of Lot 10 in the BIA Commercial / Industrial Park, 366 Griffin Road. By virtue of an Indenture of Lease dated October 8, 2015 USABFIT, LLC leases Lot 10 in the BIA Commercial / Industrial Park from the City of Bangor. The lease provides that the tenant may not sublet any portion of the premises without the express consent of the City of Bangor. USABFIT, LLC wishes to sublet approximately 925 square feet of the building on Lot 10 in the BIA Commercial / Industrial Park to Harvest Moon Deli to operate a delicatessen. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Business & Economic Development Committee at its February 2, 2016 meeting.
