Item/Subject: Order, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 199 Bomarc Road Unit 5 (Map R45, Lot 1L).
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
A sewer lien matured on the property of Candace Doucette, now owned by Secretary of Housing
and urban Development of Washington, D.C. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid.
There are no outstanding real estate taxes or property issues. Because the lien matured, a
quitclaim deed is required to release the City's interest in the properly.
Staff recommends approval.
