Responsible Department: Legal Commentary: Members of the Bangor Police Department were instrumental in an arrest leading to the seizure of cash and rifles that were subsequently forfeited by the individual who was arrested. As a result, the City is entitled to a portion of the seized funds and property. This Order will authorize the acceptance of the funds and rifle and the execution of the approval of the fund transfer.
