Commentary:
A workout agreement was entered into July of 2007 to pay back taxes owed. This
agreement has been paid in full. There are no other outstanding charges or property
issues. Because the liens had matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the
City's interest in the property.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed to Ivare Dell Jones — 27 1 Street,
Birch Hill Estates.
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR:
ORDERED,
That Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of
Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of
undischarged real estate tax liens recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 8791,
Page 170, Book 9920, Page 245, Book 10483, Page 170, and Book 11002, Page 344. Said deed shall be
directed to Ware Dell Jones in a form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
