Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of a 1995 undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 5876, Page 244.
