Responsible Department: Health & Community Services Commentary: Bangor's Department of Health & Community Services was awarded funds by Maine CDC in FY'08 and FV09 to address tobacco, substance abuse, chronic disease, nutrition, and physical health through the development of a Public Health Infrastructure. Maine CDC has awarded $599,721 to continue this effort for the period July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
