This agreement defines the responsibilities and processes, documents the services to be provided, and describes the reimbursement process for the use of the MCV. The Government Operations Committee recommends approval. PURPOSE: 10 "Al This agreement between 101't Air Refueling Wing (ARW) and the City of Bangor. Maine is securing the benefits of support by the City of Bangor to the 101 " Air Refueling Wing for incident management by providing the City's Mobile Command Vehicle (MCV) and a driverloAner's representative. 11. AUTHORITY: The authority for this agreement lies in DoD1 4000.19 and other directives, as required, AFI 10-2501 paragraph 2.4.3. 111. GENERAL: This agreement defines the responsibilities and processes, documents the services to be provided, and describes the reimbursement process for the use of the MCV. IV. RESPONSIBILITIES: a. On request to an authorized representative of the City of Bangor Fire Department by an authorized representative of the 101" Air Refueling Wing., the City's Mobile Command Vehicle and personnel will be dispatched to the Bangor Air National Guard Base. Authorized ARW representatives include the ARW Incident Commander, the ARW EOC Director, the ARW Command Post and the ARW Commander. b. Any dispatch of equipment and personnel pursuant to this agreement is subject to the following conditions: (1) Any request 66r support hereunder shall specify the location to which the MCV and personnel are to be dispatched. (2) The MCV and driver shall report to the Incident Commander at the location to which the vehicle is dispatched., and shall be subject to the orders of that official. (3) The MCV shall be released by the 101" ARW when the services of the vehicle are no longer required or when the MCV is needed for another emergency purpose within the City, or as directed by MEMA, (4) The 101s' ARW will compensate the City of Bangor for fuel, labor and any physical damage incurred by use of the MCV. a. Each party waives all claims against every other party for compensation for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a consequence of the performance of this agreement. 1(i r:01 ki b. This agreement is effective upon the date of the last signature and will remain in effect until superseded or terminated. c. Reviews of this agreement will be accomplished by the agreement owners as necessary. This agreement is effective indefinitely, but may be terminated by mutual consent, or by written notification, at least 30 days in advatice of the proposed termination.
