Responsible Department: Legal Commentary: Members of the Bangor Police Department were instrumental in an arrest leading to the seizure of cash that was subsequently forfeited by the individual who was arrested. As a result, the City is entitled to a portion of the seized funds. This Order will authorize the acceptance of the funds and the execution of the approval of the fund transfer.
