Item No.
Date: Mak 10, 2010
Item/Subject: ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 36 Allen Street.
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
Real estate tax and sewer liens matured on the property of Nathan and Hannah Tapley of 36 Allen
Street. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. There are no property issues.
Because the hens had matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's interest in
the property.
The Finance Committee recommends approval.
