The bid prices ranged from $543,663.75 - $664,880 — see attached bid tabulation. On April 5, 2010 the Finance Committee reviewed and approved staff recommendation to award the contract to Lou Silver Inc. in the amount of $543,663.75. This is an MDOT BACTS project that is locally administered. This project will be funded 90% by the State and the City will provide the required 10% local match. The contract award recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over $50,000.
