Item No.
Date: March 22, 2010
Item/Subject: ORDER, Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed For Real Estate Located at
190 Burleigh Road
Responsible Department: Legal
Commentary:
A real estate tax lien matured on the property of Eleanor Berry of 190 Burleigh Road. City
records show no outstanding real estate taxes or sewer charges due on the property. Because
the lien has matured we need to execute a quitclaim deed releasing the City's interest acquired by
virtue of the lien.
The Finance Committee recommended approval.
