Commentary:
A real estate tax lien had matured on the property of Ray Douglas, currently owned by Kenneth
Ray. City records show no outstanding sewer charges due on the property, but the lien was -
appdrently never -discharged. Because the lien matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to
release the City's interest in the property.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed - Real Estate
Located at 57 Walter Street.
By the City Council of the City of Bangor.
ORDERED, that Deborah A. Carr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf
of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may
have by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County
Registry of Deeds in Book 8250, Page 261. Said deed shall be directed to Kenneth S. Ray in a
form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
