City records show no outstanding sewer charges due on the property, but the lien was - appdrently never -discharged. Because the lien matured, a municipal quitclaim is required to release the City's interest in the property. The Finance Committee recommends approval. Carr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may have by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 8250, Page 261.
