Councilors recommended candidates for the Committee, and the Personnel Committee has reviewed the names and made a recommendation to the full Council. This Order can be amended by substitution to include the list the names of the appointees. The Committee will exist until June 1, 2010 and will submit a report to the Council on or before April 15, 2010. By the City Council of the City of Bangor. ORDERED, That there is established a Special Committee to known as the Charter Review Committee for the purpose of reviewing the Bangor City Charter and making recommendations regarding any changes to the City Council. The Charter Review Committee shall submit a report to the City Council on or before April 15, 2010 and shall end on June 1, 2010.
