Commentary:
A real estate tax lien matured on property located at 689 Union Street, John and Judy Hager, now
owned by Erlene Morgan. All outstanding charges due the City have been paid. There are no
outstanding sewer charges or property issues. Because the lien matured, a quitclaim deed is
required to release the City's interest in the property.

(TITLE.) ORDER, Authorizing Execution of Municipal Quitclaim Deed — Real Estate
Located at 689 Union Street.
By the Oty Coundl of the Oty of Bangor.
ORDERED, Deborah A. Cyr, Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of
the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed releasing any interest the City may
have by virtue of an undischarged real estate tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County
Registry of Deeds in Book 13223, Page 164. Said deed shall be directed to Edene M. Morgan in
a form approved by the City Solicitor or Assistant City Solicitor.
