These establishments are served by entrances from Dutton Street, a minor street off of Main Street, a major thoroughfare. If approved, this ordinance amendment would allow for a single freestanding sign at the corner of Dutton Street and. Main Street with panels for the commercial establishments in the Bass Park District. This is similar to what is done for commercial and industrial parks in the City. An electronic sign would be allowed as part of this sign, as electronic signs are permitted in the Bass Park District.
