The bid prices ranged from $157,680 to $228,000. This bid will be reviewed by the Finance Committee on October 15, 2013. The contract award recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over $100,000. Department Head Manager's Comments: It will be necessary to amend this order by substitution based on the actions of the Finance Committee on October 15, 2013.
