Commentary:
On October 11, 2013, the City received four (4) bids for the replacement of the City Hall Roof. The
bid prices ranged from $157,680 to $228,000.
This bid will be reviewed by the Finance Committee on October 15, 2013.
The contract award recommendation must be reviewed approved by the City Council as it is over
$100,000.
