The purpose of theses amendments is to add a provision that allows the City to charge a non-resident user fee for the Organic Waste Disposal Area. Currently, the City does not charge any haulers of organic waste a fee. This Ordinance will require non-resident haulers to obtain a permit through the City. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval at the Infrastructure Committee on March 12, 2013. Ordinance, Amending Chapter 265 of the Code of the City of Bangor, Solid Waste NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGOR THAT, Chapter 265 of the Code of the City of Bangor be amended as follows: CHAPTER 265. SOLID WASTE §265-1. Collection and disposal. No person, corporation or legal entity shall dispose of solid waste in any manner which is contrary to the provisions of this section, as hereinafter described. A. Unchanged. B. Unchanged. C.
