Responsible Department: Airport Commentary: This Order authorizes an amendment to the current lease agreement between the City of Bangor and Maine Aero Services. Maine Aero Services operates a small aircraft maintenance and repair shop at Bangor International Airport. Their focus is on small general aviation aircraft. If approved, this amendment adjusts the rental schedule, which provides for a standard, unadjusted rate each month. The previous rental schedule provided for a smaller rate during winter months and a larger rate during other months. This lease agreement will be in final form as approved by City Legal. This item was reviewed and approved by the Airport Committee at its meeting on December 13, 2016.
