The bid prices ranged from $1,666,221 to $2,266,965 (see attached bid tabulation). Staff recommends awarding the contract to SE MacMillian, the low bidder. This bid was reviewed and recommended for approval at the Finance Committee meeting of December 5, 2016. The contract award recommendation must be reviewed and approved by the City Council as it is over $100,000.
