BANGOR SCHOOL COMMITTEE
WORKSHOP MEETING
7:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2026
School Committee Members Present: Chair Tim Surrette, Vice Chair Katie Brydon, Mallory Cook, Sara
Luciano, Shelly Okere, Ben Sprague, and Ben Speed.
A. 1. & 2. The workshop was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Tim Surrette and the pledge of
allegiance followed.
B. Adjustments to the Agenda:
No Adjustments to the Agenda.
C. Public Comments:
Michael Norton from Bangor spoke wishing everyone a good meeting and a good rest
of the week.
D. 2. a. Superintendent Robinson presented an introduction to the 2026-2027 Budget and
provided discussion.
E. 1. Important dates were reviewed by Chair Tim Surrette.
F. 1, Workshop adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
