Six individuals spoke regarding their concerns of an ICE facility at 99 Farm Road and felt the property was not zoned for that use. Larry Dansinger asked that the Council endorse the Ilrban Garden Tpur planned far July. Nathan McCarthy spoke regarding the savings the City could realize throu,gh solar credits. Barbara Mann stated she was not in total opposition but wanted the Council to look at all options and also how it was going to impact the taxpayers. Mitchell Cooper stated there were valid concerns on both sides and supported this type of project. Scott Pardy,Jonathan Sprague,Skip Black,Paul Madore,John Barron,Richard Fournier and Doug Farnham spoke in opposition. Motion made and seconded to close the Public Hearing.
