BANGOR SCHOOL COMMITTEE
WORKSHOP MEETING
7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026
School Cominittee Members Present: Chair Tim Surrette, Vice Chair Katie Brydon, Mallory Cook, Sara
Luciano, Shelly Okere, and Ben Speed. Me�nber Ben Sprague was excused.
A. 1. & 2. The workshop was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chair Tim Surrette and the pledge of
allegiance followed.
B. Adjustments to the Agenda:
No Adjustments to the Agenda.
C. Public Comments:
Michael Norton from Bangor spoke regarding his desire to be a consultant for the
Bangor School Department, specifically for the math and science departments.
D. 1 Superintendent Robinson presented the district update to the Committee.
D. 2. a. Superintendent Robinson presented an introduction to the 2026-2027 Budget and
provided discussion.
E. 1, Important dates were reviewed by Chair Tim Surrette.
F. l. Workshop adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
