Members Present:Jordan LaBouff, Edward Gould (Chair), Robin Perkins, Robert Ballingall, and Rachel Thompson.

Introductions:
Chair Gould opened the hearing and introduced members.
Approval of Minutes:
July16, 2025:
Member Ballingall made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
Member LaBouff seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (5-0).
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law– ApplicantBangor Farmers’ Market Association, for consideration of an appeal under City Ordinance § 165-26, to allow a temporary storage building
at the Abbot Square parking lot located at 108-148 Harlow Street.
Member Thompson made a motion to approve the written Notice of Decision.
Member Perkins seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (5-0).
No Other business.
Meeting adjourned.
