Passed PUBLIC COMMENT Scott Pardy congratulated the new City Councilors. He felt the City needed to designate the HIV issue as a top priority with homelessness and develop an action plan. Dave Spellman spoke regarding the labor contract for the runway maintenance employees at the Airport. Pastor Terry Dinkins thanked the City for its support of the warming centers.He urged the City to give the Police Department the resources they needed to fight the drug epidemic. � Joe Bowman felt the City was a great place to live and was safe. He was concerned with the reaction to the Neo Nazi element and the City could do better. CONSENT AGENDA ASSIGNED TO ITEMNO. NEW BUSINESS ITEM NO. 26-001 ORDER To Elect City Council Chair Councilor Fish nominated Councilor Hawes. Councilor Leonard nominated Councilor Beck. Motion made and seconded to close nominations.
