The sale is contingent upon the purchase of the property being completed within 100 days from execution of this order. Should the sale not be completed within the 100 day window, the lease currently held by Maine Recycling at 110 Hildreth Street in Bangor will not be eligible for renewal at the end of its term. This item was reviewed and recommended for approval at the Business & Economic Development Committee meeting on September 3, 2025. Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the sale of the property addressed at 110 Hildreth Street to Maine Recycling Corporation in the amount of $2,091,600.
