Summary
This order will authorize the City Manager assignment of the current lease between the City of
Bangor and JSI Store Fixtures/LSI located at 110 Hildreth Street in Bangor to Maine Recycling. JSI is
locating to a larger facility in Bangor and expanding their operations.

Whereas, JSI Store Fixtures/LSI seeks to locate their operations to a larger facility in Bangor;
Whereas, Maine Recycling Corporation is seeking to locate all of their operations in Bangor;
Whereas both of these companies provide jobs and add to our tax base;
Be it Ordered by the City Council of the City of Bangor that, the City Manager is hereby authorized to approve
the re-assignment of the lease from JSI Store Fixtures / LSI located at 110 Hildreth Street to Maine Recycling.
