Introductions:Chair Gould opened the hearing and introduced members.
Approval of Minutes:
May 22, 2025:
Member Ballingall made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
Member Perkins seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (4-0).
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law –198 Broadway, Applicant Steven Farren, for Consideration of an Appeal of a Code Enforcement Officer’s Notice of Violation.
Member Thompsonmade a motion to approve thewritten Notice of Decision.
Member Ballingallseconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (4-0).
