For Meeting Held on January 7, 2025 at 5:15 pm
Members present:Jordan LaBouff, Edward Gould (Chair), Robin Perkins,Rachel Thompson,Donald McCann (Associate Member), and Justin Cartier (Associate Member).
Staff present:David Szewczyk, City Solicitor, and Grace Innis, Assistant City Solicitor.
Introductions:Chair Gould opened the hearing and introduced members. Chair Gould advised Associate Member Cartier that he would participate in the meeting and vote, and Associate Member
McCann could participate but would not vote.
Approval of Minutes:
January 2, 2025:
Member LaBouff made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
Member Perkins seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously 5 - 0.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law –198 Broadway, Applicant Steven Farren, Appealing the Decision of the Historic Preservation Commission Denying Certificate of Appropriateness
for Replacement of Roof at 198 Broadway.
Member LaBouffmade a motion to approve thewritten Notice of Decision.
Member Thompsonseconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (5-0).
No other business.
Meeting adjourned.
Member Thompson made a motion to Adjourn.
MemberMcCann seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (5-0).
