Motion made and seconded to approve purchase; motion passed unanimously
2. Resolve - Accepting and Appropriating $192,565 from the Maine Emergency
Medical Services Stabilization and Sustainability Program for the Bangor Fire
Department
Motion made and seconded to recommend Resolve; motion passed unanimously
Finance Director Little provided an update regarding the annual audit, stating that a new full final
draft of the financial statements had been sent to the auditors which included all auditor changes
known to date.
