Other Councilors in Attendance: Leonard, Mallar (Online), Pelletier (Online)

Meeting Start: 5:15
1. Bids/Purchasing
a. Domestic Terminal Gate 6 Expansion — Connector Project—Airport— Devoe Construction
- $ 14,802,504
Motion made and seconded to recommend contract; motion passed unanimously
b. Engineering Services —Terminal Projects —Airport— Hoyle, Tanner &Associates, Inc
c. Engineering Services —Airfield Construction Projects —Airport— Mead & Hunt, Inc
Items b. and c. were discussed together as they were covered under one Request for
Qualifications. Staff recommended splitting the award for terminal versus airfield projects.
Councilor Tremble commented that he may have a potential conflict due to a tenant
relationship with one of non-selected bidders. The Committee determined that no conflict
existed.
Motion made and seconded to recommend contracts per staff recommendation; motion
passed unanimously
2. Order - Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Lease Amendment with Bell Atlantic
Mobile Systems LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless Reflecting the Relocation of their Tenant Leased
Space at Bangor International Airport
Motion made and seconded to recommend Order; motion passed unanimously
