1. Bids/Purchasing
a. Ground Power Unit—Airport—Aero Specialties, Inc - $52,358
Motion made and seconded to approve purchase; motion passed unanimously
2. Request for Tax Write-off
Finance Director Little presented a proposal from Streamside Pines, the new owner of the Pray's
Mobile Home Park. The purchase of the park included three abandoned mobile homes that had
matured tax liens against them. The proposal requested that the City write-off the taxes due in
exchange for the park owner to pay for the demolition and removal of the homes, making
available space for new housing opportunities. Staff's recommendation was to approve the
proposal.
Motion made and seconded to approve staff recommendation; motion passed unanimously
3. Interim Financials— 2"d Quarter 2025
Finance Director Little presented the General Fund's 2nd Quarter financials showing revenues and
expenses collected through December 31, 2024. The amounts were compared to the approved
budget and any variances of more than 10% were explained, such as certain items being fully
posted near the beginning or end of the fiscal year or unanticipated items.
