Assessor's Update City Assessor Phil Drew provided an update as to the current status of the City-wide revaluation, as well as the current market and valuation ratios related to Bangor. The review included information on recent residential and commercial sales and the estimated neighborhood percentage changes anticipated in the upcoming Fiscal Year 2026 assessment.
