Sports Field Lighting — Union Street— Parks & Rec— RL Todd & Son, Inc. - $912,312 Motion made and seconded to recommend purchase; motion passed unanimously c. Aggregate Materials — Public Works — Lee's Concrete, Inc & Sargent Corporation — $73,950 & $21,800 per year (3-year Contract) —Actual costs will vary depending on operational needs. Order - To Authorize the City Manager to Accept $500 in Donated Funds from Carrot Top Corp to Assist with Funding Supplies for the Milk and Cookies Postpartum and Lactation Support Group Motion made and seconded to recommend Order; motion passed unanimously 4. Resolve 25-068 - Accepting and Appropriating Fiscal Year 2024 Homeland Security Grant Program Funding from the Maine Emergency Management Agency for the Police and Fire Departments in the Total Amount of $96,247 Motion made and seconded to recommend Resolve; motion passed unanimously 5. Assessor's Update City Assessor Phil Drew provided an update as to the current status of the City-wide revaluation, as well as the current market and valuation ratios related to Bangor. The review included information on recent residential and commercial sales and the estimated neighborhood percentage changes anticipated in the upcoming Fiscal Year 2026 assessment.
