For Meeting Held on May 21, 2024 at 5:17 pm
Members present:Jordan LaBouff, Robin Perkins, Edward Gould (Chair), Rachel Thompson, Robert Ballingall, Donald McCann (Associate Member), and Justin Cartier (Associate Member).
Staff present:Grace Innis, Assistant City Solicitor.
Introductions:Chair Gould opened the hearing and introduced members. Chair Gould advised Associate Members McCann and Cartier that theywere welcome to participate but donot vote.
Approval of Minutes:
May 14, 2024:
Member Thompson made a motion to approve the meeting minutes.
Member LaBouff seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously 5 - 0.
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law –Consideration of an appeal requesting a variance with respect to replacement of a legally existing, non-conforming sign – M&H Springwater LLC
(631 Hogan Road).
Chair Gould presented the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
Member Ballingall made a motion to correct the last sentence before Findings of Fact and Legal Authorities from Licensing Coordinator to Code Enforcement Officer and approve the Findings
of Fact and Conclusions of Law as amended.
Member Perkins seconded the motion.
Motion passed unanimously (5-0).
No other business.
Meeting adjourned.
Member Thompson made a motion to Adjourn.
