B. There was canfusion regarding what the intent of the hearing was fior. Was
based on the p�e�ious filir�g for �xemptian or Abatement of current tax?
C. Mation was made by Board member Beaupain and secande� by Member
Burgoyne to cnnsider the appeai because the Board does ha�e jurisdiction
under Titie 36 Section 843, ta hear appeais of abaternent denia�s based on
alleged "fraudulen�, dishor�est, irregular or errors".
