Waive Bid Process — Revenue Control Equipment— Parking Lot—Airport— Cincinnati Time Recorder of Maine — $154,183 Motion made and seconded to approve contract; motion passed unanimously c. Deicing Fluid Type I —Airport— Inland Technologies International LTD - $510,000 (Year 1) Motion made and seconded to recommend contract; motion passed unanimously d. Waive Bid Process - Deicing Fluid Type IV—Airport—Ascent Aviation Group, Inc. - $119,850 (Year 1) Motion made and seconded to recommend contract; motion passed unanimously e. Rock Salt— Public Works — New England Salt Co. - $66.45/ton Motion made and seconded to recommend contract; motion passed unanimously f. Order - Authorizing Issuance of $2,400,000 of the City's General Obligations Bonds for a Public Safety Training Facility and a Tax Levy Therefor, Subject to Approval of the Voters of the City of Bangor Motion made and seconded to recommend approval; motion passed unanimously 4. Order—Authorizing Issuance of$4,191,000 of the City's General Obligations Bonds for the City's FY25 Capital Improvements and a Tax Levy Therefor Motion made and seconded to recommend approval; motion passed unanimously 5. Resolution Approving the Details of the School Revolving Renovation Fund Loan Motion made and seconded to recommend approval; motion passed unanimously 6. General Fund Interim Financial Review— Budget to Actual - May 2024 City Finance Director, David Little provided an update of the City's Fiscal Year 2024 General Fund revenues and expenditures compared to budget through May of 2024.
