Action Requested: Ordinance Map/Lot: n/a
Title, Ordinance
Amending Chapter 23 of the Bangor Code of Ordinances by Reducing the Number of Members Required for a
Quorum of the Penjajawoc Marsh/Mall Management Commission
Summary
This Ordinance would reduce the number of members required for a quorum of the Penjajawoc Marsh/Mall
Management Commission to 4 instead of 7. The total number of voting members was changed in a recent
ordinance to 7 from the previous number of 12. However, the quorum was not changed in accordance, so it is
currently equal to the full number of members on the Commission. This change would set quorum at 4 of the
7 members.
