Summary This Ordinance will amend Chapter 165, Land Development Code, by correcting clerical errors in the dimensional control table contained in Attachment 3, Schedule B. When the ordinance regarding multi -family and mixed commercial residential in the S&PS and GC&S zones was adopted, the note numbers used for the lot area and buffer requirements in the dimensional control table were overwritten in the Land Development Code by another ordinance adopted soon after. Therefore, the current numbers in the Code do not reflect what was adopted in the original ordinance. Additionally, when the ordinance regarding co -living dormitories was adopted, the dimensional control table was erroneously left off of the adopted ordinance. This change would restore the table. In sum, this ordinance amendment would insert the dimensional controls for co -living dormitories and would correct the dimensional controls for multi -family residential and mixed commercial residential uses in Attachment 3, Schedule B of the Land Development Code.
