PUBLIC COMMENT Wayne Mallar indicated his wife had asked at a previous meeting if there was an
ordinance regulating motorized skateboards, bikes, etc. on sidewalks and wanted to
know how long they had to wait for an answer. Debbie Laurie stated she would circle
back with him by the er�d of the week with a date to discuss this matter.
Tyler Shanahan and Scott party spoke regarding overdose prevention centers.
Michael Beck would like to see the City produce an annual report giving an overview
of what departments are working on and thoug/zt lhe City could partner with schools
to put it together.
Brelt Johnson was encouraged witlz having a police officer assigned to the downtown
area. He thought tlie crisis protocol on how to handle interactions with unhoused
applies to only these individuals and creates a sense of unfairness to those who are
housed
Mike Tuller spoke about an unhoused individual who was having difficulry finding a
place to stay clue to her inability to be compliant.
