Director Little requested to add one bid item that was not on the initial agenda. There
was no objection from the Committee.
1. Bids/Purchasing (Adjustment to the Agenda)
a. Montgomery Street Storm Drain Extension — Engineering — C&C Lynch Excavating, LLC -
$107,078
Motion made and seconded to recommend contract; motion passed unanimously.
2. Amend Quitclaim Deed and Development Agreement— 177 Pearl Street
Motion made and seconded to accept agenda item, motion passed unanimously.
3. Council Order (24-147) —Authorizing Multiple Loans from the School Revolving
Renovation Fund and the Issuance of the City's General Obligation Bonds and a
Tax Levy Therefor

4. Council Resolve (24-146) —Accepting and Appropriating $200,000 in Maine
Emergency Medical Services Stabilization and Sustainability Program Funds

Staff presented interim financial statements through March 31, 2024 with additional information
for areas outside of expected budget levels.
