PUBLIC COMMENT Tim Reed,330 Fern Street,stated in regard to the homeless encainpment he felt there
are highly unpredictable behaviors and every encounter is a legitimate safety concern.
Michael Beck,216 third Street, thought the ARPA application to assist firefighters
should be revisited
Mike Tuller, 253 Maple Street, wanted to see an open meeting regarding the homeless
so that there was an opportunity for everyone to work together on solutions.
