A. 1. & 2. The meeting was called to order at 7:OQ p.m, by Chair Marwa Hassanien and the pledge of allegiance followed. A. 3. a. The Bangor School Department and the Bangor Schoal Committee recognized the Bangor High School students earning the 2023 Maine Sea� of Biliteracy. B. Adjustments to the Agenda: D. 1. b. Photocopier Lease VOTED 7-0 to approve the adjustments �a the agenda. C. Public Comments: No Public Comments D. 1, a. VOTED 7-0 to approve placing the DEIB Intolerance l�tter on our website and social media. b. VOTED 7-0 to apprave autho�izing the Phatocopier Lease Purchase Agreement with Municipal Leasing Consultants. Details of the Lease were read into record by Superintendent Tager. D. 2. a. Carolyne Sauda and Kate Busko updated the School Committee on their recent trip to the National History Day Contest in Washington D.C. b. Committee Member Imke Schessler-]andreau shared the following donations: To all schools fram Moe's Original BBQ, gift cards for families, having a total dollar value of$1,000. To Abraham Lincoln School from Donald Sawyer, a granite bench for the garden in memory of Derek Sawyer,having a total doltar value of$2,610. To James F. Doughty School from American Cribbage Congress, 10 Custom Cribbage boar� sets, ha�ing a total dollar value of$600. To Bangor High School from Elizabeth Coyne, a violin, having a dollar value of $1,099. VOTED 7-0 to approve all donations. Member Tim Surette asked if there was a need for a grand piano to be donated to Bangor High School. Chair Marwa Hassani�n thanked Bangor City Council on approving the budget this week. H. i.
