asking Council for a minor amendment to the Charter to mirror the requirements of the
agreement. If approved, a public hearing would be scheduled at the next City Council

to a question that this year is an easier voting year, has informed the State of our timelines,
and would allow for the changes to be in affect for the next presidential race.
