Lease AQreement—Bangor Gas LLC—Odlin Road Tabled 2. Hildreth Street Land Sale— Schofield, Inc. Tabled 3. New NeiQhbors Program—Relocation Payment Authorization, 16-18 Division Street The property at 16-18 Division Street is being purchased under the New Neighbors Program and one tenant will be displaced. A motion�vas made and seconded to approve the Relocation Payment for the displacement of the tenant at 16-18 Division Street. So voted. 4. Recognizina 1999 Shelter Plus Care HUD Grant—Proclamation Recognizing the Bangor Alliance for Healthy Housing Options A motion was made and seconded to recommend to the full City Council approval of a Resolve recognizing the Bangor Alliance for Healthy Housing Options contributions to the Homeless Continuum of Care and other local affordable housins institutions. So voted. � • 5. Residential Rehabilitation Loan: 14 South Park Street, Single Family Home A motion was made and seconded to approve this loan as presented. So voted. 6. Proposed FY 2001 Community Development Program—Preliminary Review Staff gave a preliminary review of the proposed FY 2001 Community Development Program. (See attached Funding Sources and Program Objectives and Projected Use of Funds) � A motion was made to go into Executive Session. 7. Executive Session—Union Place Neighborhood Conservation Project Property Acquisition Offer A motion was made to go out of Executive Session. 8. Unicel License Agreement—Memorial Day Weekend A motion was made and seconded to approve a License Agreement for the use of a portion of the City owned lot adjacent to Lot 5 on Telcom Drive for a Memorial Day �ti�eekend event far their employees. So voted. • Meetina adjourned at 6:30 PM. • - CITY OF BANGOR 2000/2001 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program • Proposed Community Development Activities July 1,2000 to June 30,2001 rDBG FUNDING SOURCES AVAILABLE FOR USE CDBG Entitlement Grant: �1,270,000 Projected Program Income from CDBG funded loan repayments: 486.362 TOTAL CDBG FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR USE $1,756,362 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND PROJEGTED USE OF FUNDS The primary objective of the City of Bangor Community Development Program is the development of a viable urban community by providing decent housing,a suitable living environment and expanding economic opportunities, principally for persons of low-and moderate-income. PROPERTY DISPOSITION Legal fees, surveys, environmental remediation and other powntown, Waterfront, �30,000 costs associated with the disposition of CDBG-acquired property.
