PUBLIC COMMENT Michael Beck felt the City needed tQ focus on housing,substance abuse and mental
health.
John King,Doug Dunbar,Donna Alger and Mike Tuller spoke in support of using
ARPA funds for housing.
Alan Church thought Bangor should have a free community walk-in health clinic.
