Schoal Committee Members present: Chairman Warren Carusa, Sarah Smiley, Sue Sorg and
Marlene Susi. Committee Members 7ay Ye, Marc Eastman, and Susan Hawes were unable to �
attend.
A. 1.8c 2. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Carusa at 7:02 p.m. and the Pledge �
of Allegiance followed. �

D. 2. a. Direetor of Business Services Alan Kachis provided a Summer Projects update af �
the renavations and repairs rnade to tt�e Bangor schools and facilities.
b. Assistant Superintendent of Schools Robert MacDonald reviewed the 2U14-2015 �
MEA science results.
School Cominittee members commended the students,adminis#ration, faculty and
staff for tt�e outstanding performance of Bac�gar students. �
c. Superintendent Webb reported the following reassignment:
Kristin Bragdon from Pre-K Teacher (.5) at Fourteenth Street School and (.5} at �
V'me Street School to(.5}at Faurteenth Street School _

Meeting.
Tabled the minutes of August 19,2Q15,until the next meeting. ,
b. 1-2. Superintendent Webb recommended approval of the Ju1y 2Q15 and August �015 �
Financial Rept�rt.
Directar of Business Services reviewed the financial reports. �

� 2. Superintendent Webb recommended the following extra duty assigament far the
2U15-2016 schaul year:

� d. VOTED 4-0 to approve Chairman Carusc�as the Maine Schoal Board Association
Delegate.
� e. Superintendent Webb reported the follawing donations:

Students,having a total dollar value af$164.

g. Superintendent Webb recommended the review of th�following policies:

� 3. Policy JGF Use of Physical Restraint and Seclusion
