l. AB� Aviation reeommendations
Assistanfi Directar E�aan Thomas shared that BGI�received th� recammendatians afi`the 2021
ABS audit vvhic�h tnnk place in 2Q21 resulting in t�e enhancement c�f safety measures.
a. �nvironment of Care— safet�pd�te
Workin,�with the City and Airport staff ta delve inta the e�virc�nm�nt the staff is
working in and h�ve created a checklist. The checklist incorparated with a wa1k-
throu�h by administrative staf�, safety affi�er, and area supervisors introduced
�and identified t�he prQcess whi�h will begin officially on �an�ary 1�t��uring the
f rst�q�arter audi�. The safet�ins�ectian is sQlel�owned by the area supervisor ar
manager to provide the safest worlking environment. Ar�as far improvement were
iden�tifted an the initial walk-throug� and are�ein� add�r�sse�, as neede�.
b. Aircraft deicing operations
We ha�e been deicing since October and have used several thousand gallons of
Type 1 and 4 deicing chemicals. In order ta be proactive, we were afforded a visit
frc�m a t�l�abal Technician; [Global] th�manufacturin�company fa� air�aort
deicers. The technician provided pc�sitive feedback tQ the �GSE foreman and
mechanics and ��dentif e�d parts that needed to be r�plac�d and tl�nat the airp�o�rt will
need to have on han� in arder ta comhat the supply chain dermand during winter.
c. UP� car��aeration—update
For the past 15 years, service has been provided for UPS operations during peak
seas+an; as of August 2"d, the airpart is pravidin��'uesd�y—Fs�iday service with
under a 50-minute turn-around and a tata� of 375 tons of rnail handled.
2. Airport Marketin�
a. Aitport statistics re�+art
Marketing and Business Development Ma�ager Aimee Thibocieau expanded an
the Octab�er 2022 stat�istics relat�iv�ta 2018 arid 2t�19; pre-pandemic. We are o�n-
trend and ahead of budget on fuel sales. Load factor c�omparisons are healthy
campared t+a 2021. Dur share �af th�market is in alignment with the nub�nber of
seats sold. Passengers vs. flight capacity are picking up.
BG�R was awarded Outstanding�'Iunicip�]ity in�the Festival Qf Lights P'arade this
past weeken�.

b. Ground Handlin� Znternational----- SME award to BGR Aviation:
Jeff Young, l`�'Ianager of Campliance and Infrastructure recently re�urned from a
confer�nce in Amsterdam where BGR was�rres�nted with an internatic�nal award
for Subject 1V�atter Excellence in Ground Handling Suppc,rt. The candidates �rere
selected and voted upon by p�eers.

We continue to trend ahead of rewenue projeetions for fuel and at week 15 af 52 we were at more tlhan 3�%above prajeeted
revenues.
Sch�ools and other groups contimue to send requests for tours.We recently hosted a group from Living Inmovations and have
other school groups scheduled through the emd of th�e calendar year.
In recent weeks,BGR s�aff have attended canferences in IDenwer,Orandn and IMIaiml tn attract mew and miaintailn existing
businessp as well as participate in educatianal and networking op�partunities.
